Charter School Art Wing

The Coral Springs community benefits in many ways from the One Charter Place development, but the adjacent Coral Springs Charter School received an added bonus from the project to build its new Arts and Music Wing.

The City earmarked $1.55 million of the proceeds from the sale of the project site for the Arts and Music Wing, a 12,000 square foot, multi-purpose addition that includes a Fine Arts wing, band and practice rooms, and a vocal room. Additionally, there is a 300-seat auditorium complete with theatrical lighting, rigging and other performance equipment.

The school and City host many events there, including annual Slice of the Springs meetings.
