Downtown Redevelopment Plan Approved

The Coral Springs City Commission has approved the Community Redevelopment Agency Plan to guide the future development of the Downtown Coral Springs Project. This project entails the development of office, retail and entertainment establishments around the area of Sample Road and University Drive to further expand and diversify our tax base for the benefit of the community at large. Encouraging more commercial development will help keep residential property tax rates down and provide additional cultural and economic opportunities within our community. The CRA is expected to receive final approval from Broward County by the end of this summer.
