that a mutually agreeable mediator had not yet been identified by the North Broward
Hospital District and the City of Coral Springs.
Mr. Polin moved, seconded by Mr. Fischer, for staff to prosecute the statutory procedure
relative to the North Broward Hospital District tax increment situation as possible.
Mr. Donmez noted that a successful resolution of the WCI matter could also result in a
positive resolution of the North Broward Hospital District tax increment financing matter.
The motion was approved unanimously (5-0).
The meeting stood adjourned at 7:10 p.m.
