The original motion, to retain Ms. Delegal as the CRA’s Board legal counsel, was
approved by a vote of 5-1, with Mr. Fischer voting no. Mr. Ruffin requested that Ms.
Delegal provide additional information regarding her new firm at the Board’s next
meeting in April. Ms. Delegal said that she would be pleased to provide such
information to the CRA Board.
Noting that the Board’s next meeting would be held on Monday, April 25, 2005, Mr.
Ruffin thanked Mr. Rahael for bringing some good news regarding the downtown Coral
Springs project to the Board this evening.
The meeting stood adjourned at 7:34 p.m.
